Hey there, I’m Krista Arnaudo—National
Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, nutrition nerd, mindfulness advocate, and lover of real,
no-nonsense wellness. I’m also a single mom who’s been through the trenches and came out the other side stronger, healthier, and with a whole lot of perspective.

I’ve got credentials (yep, the fancy ones): I’m certified in nutrition, mindfulness facilitation, and whole food culinary arts, with a Holistic Health & Wellness diploma from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. But beyond the certifications? I’ve lived this. I rebuilt my own health using the same tools and strategies I now share with my clients. Raised by entrepreneurial parents, I learned early that hard work, heart, and humor go a long way. That’s exactly how I approach my coaching. I believe in practical, doable wellness, no fads, no perfection, no guilt. Just real food, mindset shifts, and simple habits that actually stick.
